4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. The following conditions must be met to complete a withdrawal:

• KYC verification must be completed.
• Deposited funds must have been used in betting at least once.
• If a bonus is attached, the applicable wagering requirements must be met.
• The withdrawal account and deposit method must be the same (where applicable).

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The following terms apply to receive this bonus:

• To activate the bonus amount, the combined total of the original deposit and the bonus must meet a wagering requirement of 10 (ten) times.
• The bonus applies to the first deposit only — it can be used once per account.
• Withdrawals from the bonus cannot be made before the wagering requirements are met.
• After activating the bonus, the requirements must be met within a specified time period.

5.2 General Bonus Policy

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms:

VIP benefits are subject to the general terms of the bonus policy.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

tk599 accepts and settles bets in accordance with the rules of the relevant event or game. The right to cancel a bet is reserved in the event of a technical error or unusual circumstances. Bets may be suspended if suspicious betting patterns are detected.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Betting using automated bots or software.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event from two or more accounts (colluding).
